Full Job Description

Our Project Coordinators are the direct support team between the franchise owners and the customers. The ideal candidate will be friendly, responsive and able to act independently. They will keep a customer focused mindset being sure to meet the needs of both the external customers and the internal customers as the success of our owners is the direct success of our business. We are an extremely fast growing company with room for development and career growth as we continue to grow!

Responsibilities

  • Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
  • Follow communication work flows and processes
  • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information through questioning, and qualify leads before scheduling them for the owner
  • Follow up on potential leads that didn’t have an estimate scheduled
  • Create job routes based off of the owner’s needs and requests.
  • Build sustainable relationships with the owners by letting them get to know you and being responsive to their needs.
  • Keep accurate notes and records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
  • Any other tasks as assigned

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a customer phone support role or other high volume customer service roles
  • You are able to communicate effectively, with attention to detail. You must deliver customer-centric solutions while achieving results, even under tough circumstances.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, specifically Hubspot
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively
