Bachelor's degree in human services field and proven successfully developed skills in human services, crisis intervention, case coordination or discharge planning. Well developed critical thinking skills. Knowledge and understanding of medical terminology. Ability to communicate effectively with medical professionals of all disciplines. Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Multi-tasking and task management essential. Basic computer knowledge.
