Job Overview:
SAMBA Care is seeking experienced Registered Nurses to provide exceptional patient care and support within our dynamic healthcare facility. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in assessing, treating, and monitoring patients.

Duties:
- Deliver direct patient care, including assessments, evaluations, and treatments
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Monitor and accurately document patients' vital signs and medical histories
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Implement infection control procedures to maintain a safe and hygienic environment
- Utilize PCC or similar electronic health record systems for comprehensive documentation
- Provide patient education on health promotion, disease prevention, and treatment plans
- Assist in airway management for patients requiring respiratory support
- Coordinate discharge planning to ensure seamless transitions of care
- Manage medical equipment for patients' home healthcare needs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field required; master's degree preferred
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in [State]
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Nursing Home setting
- Proficiency in utilizing PCC or similar electronic health record systems
- Strong understanding of aseptic techniques and OR protocols
- Ability to dialyze patients when necessary
