This Automotive Service team position requires someone with at least 5 years of experience in a busy shop atmosphere. It’ll be hard work, but you will be compensated if you're meeting your weekly sales goals.

Skills/Abilities:

-Excellent phone skills

-Ability to listen and understand concerns

-Serve as communicator between customer and technician, ensuring the customer's needs are understood by the technician and ability to communicate the needed service/repairs are understood by the customer.

-Increase customer satisfaction by building customer relations.

-Ability to successfully manage sales goals

-Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and updating customers frequently.

-Team mentality

-Ability to follow our Values and Culture

-Be punctual and understand the importance of consistency

-Hard worker with solid work ethic.

-Must be able to pass a background check, and drug screen, and have a clean driving record.- Parts expertise is a must have, to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in automotive technology

Qualifications:

- At least 5 years of previous experience in automotive service management

- Strong knowledge of suspension, brake repair, gas and diesel engine repair, and transmission systems
