TITLE CLERK - The basic function of the New and Used Car Title Clerk is to facilitate, prepare, and submit accurately and promptly the title work, contracts, and all associated documentation regarding the sale, either retail or wholesale or trade of pre-owned vehicles of the dealership.
ACCOUNTS PAYABLE CLERK - The basic function of Accounts Payable is to post accounts payable balance invoices to statements, obtain the manager's approvals for all invoices, and create and prepare those checks in accordance with company procedures and the dictate of the Office Manager
ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE CLERK - The basic function of Accounts Receivable is to post accounts receivable, checks and payments, balance to statements, mail statements on a timely basis, and collect from vendors in accordance with company procedures and the dictate of the Office Manager.
BILLING CLERK - The basic function of the Billing Clerk is to ensure all deals are processed properly and all contracts are sent to their corresponding financial institution promptly.
INVENTORY CLERK - The basic function of the Inventory Clerk is to ensure all inventory is accurately maintained, enter all VMS information, post to the general ledger all vehicles purchased, and process outgoing and incoming dealer transfers.
