Level III CAD Technicians will utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D and MicroStation to perform such surveying related duties as outlined under Level I and II technician description and as well as advanced surveying activities as identified below. Level III Technician requires minimal daily direction for completion of a final deliverable and has obtained detailed working knowledge of standard field and office procedures. Level III Technician has knowledge of principles of the profession and various technical standards as required to produce a quality product.

Must have the use of sensory skills to effectively communicate and interact with other employees and customers by telephone and personal contact as normally defined by the ability to see, read, talk, hear, handle, or feel objects and controls. Physical capability to effectively use and operate various items of office related equipment, such as, but not limited to a personal computer, calculator, copier, and fax machine. Significant standing, walking, moving, climbing, carrying, bending, kneeling, reaching, crawling, and handling, sitting, pushing, and pulling. The employee may occasionally lift and/ or move up to 40 pounds.
