Summary

This position provides service to Lubricant customers as well as sales support to salesman for the lubricant division

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Customer Service Experience

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, and accounting software programs
• Excellent typing skills
• Must possess ability to meet deadlines and work independently
• Skilled at effectively interacting with customers and sales team
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Must excel in a team building environment

• Answer phones and greet customers
• Provide sales support to the sales team
• Order Entry
• Invoice Entry
• Credit Card processing
• Develop Customer relations from an A/R perspective.
• Process new accounts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Essential Functions

• Ability to communicate effectively by telephone, correspondence and in person
• Ability to stay focused and remain composed during peak periods & dealing with challenging situations
• Ability to operate standard office equipment, to include personal computer, telephone, copier, facsimile machine and calculator
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds frequently
