**Job Overview** We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Associate to join our team at a popular quick service fast food restaurant. The Associate will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless dining experience for our customers, while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and quality. **Duties** - Assist in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to strict food safety guidelines. - Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers, handling cash and operating a POS system with ease. - Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and addressing concerns in a friendly and professional manner. - Support the restaurant's kitchen staff, ensuring efficient and effective food preparation and presentation. - Handle cash register operations, including counting and balancing cash, and maintaining accurate records. - Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and nutritional information to answer customer questions. - Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a smooth service and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere. - Participate in ongoing training and education to improve skills and knowledge in food preparation, customer service, and kitchen operations. **Requirements** - Prior experience in a quick service fast food restaurant environment is an asset. - Strong attention to detail, with a focus on maintaining food safety and quality. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. - Excellent communication and customer service skills. - Basic math skills for handling cash and operating a POS system. - Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds, as needed. - Familiarity with Aloha POS system is an advantage. - Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. **Skills** - Food safety knowledge and experience. - Proficiency in operating a POS system. - Cash handling experience. - Experience working in a kitchen environment. - Restaurant or quick service experience. - Ability to provide help and support to colleagues. - Cash register operation skills. - Strong customer service skills. - Basic math skills.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 per hour
