Title: Logistics /Warehouse Operation Manager
Location: San Jose, CA (onsite 100% from Day1)
Job Type: Fulltime role
Mandatory Skills: Inventory, warehouse assets.
Summary:
12 years of experience in international logistics/shipment and inventory management, warehouse management or relevant area
A self driven and proactive person who is ready to deep dive in details of day to day transactions, preferably have experience driving managed service projects with huge email volume on everyday basis. Expected to self learns processes and guidelines by diving into SOPs, emails and exploring tools used for the team rather than waiting for someone to explain. Should be a problem solver and ready to go deeper into the issue in hand to understand the complete details before setting any processes for the team.
Ideal candidates should be able to understand the project specific SLO/ KPIs and work aligned with contracting needs. Should work with the team to closely to monitor and drive the team closely to complete the day to day operational tasks and keep everything under SLO/KPI compliant.
Job Description:
· Should be as below however not limited only to this and should be flexible to prioritize/align the task as required and expectations from customer stakeholders.
· Managing and driving team on daily operational deliverables,
· Analyzing data from dashboards and manual trackers for SLO/KPI needs and taking corrective measure,
· Can do attitude and always open to align the thought process accordingly on suggestions/feedback from peer managers and stakeholders
· Should be able to keep track of all the day to day completed/In Progress activities, any challenges / impediments faced by the team. Proactively look into matters and enable the support for the team to move forward of all blockers with right processes and guidance.
· Weekly/monthly and quarterly data collection( using dashboards and manual tracker) and taking for corrective measures/action based on data
· Should be flexible and willing to document SOPs/ guidelines and close follow ups with team for adhering to the set process and guidelines
· Working on ad hoc requests coming from customer which may need to fetch/gather data , analyze data and preparing a quick report based on customer needs
· Driving daily standup meeting with team members and closely follow up task completion for the day
· Review trackers and taking data based action to address if there is any issue or SLO/KPI miss
· Understanding the workflow in tools and ensuring team is aligned across sites and following the correct steps
· Planning and best utilization of team available effort to create documentation, updating help center, and creating value adds for the team

Pay: $95,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
