Duties and Responsibilities:

Health and Safety Coordination:

• Responsible for administering Samsung SDIA Health and Safety processes and procedures to ensure a safety environment for all employees, contractors and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the workplace.
• Assist in maintaining a healthy environment by coordinating safety inspections, implementing safety protocols, and maintaining emergency procedures.
• Support a clean and healthy working environment.

Cross Functional Supervision Liaison:

• Serves as a liaison between management, staff, hourly workers and external suppliers.
• Disseminate information, relay messages, and address inquiries or concerns.
• Communicate with peers/counterparts and work with Human Resources to ensure the proper supervision of employees assigned to building #3.
• Support incident and accident investigations.
• Promptly report incidents that require HR investigation.
• Support and facilitate building access requests. Support Security in maintaining a secure worksite.

Administrative Support:

• Coordinate administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office and building functions, which may include managing coordinating support functions between different areas and acting as liaison between EHS and various groups. (lnfra, Production, HR, etc.)

Customer Service and Vendor Management Liaison:

• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
• Addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring that client needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
• Serves as the primary point of contact for vendor relations between Lotte and Samsung SDIABS. Manages the relationship through coordinating communications, scheduling meetings, communicating operational and safety standard and works a liaison between the entities

Facilities Coordination:

• Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the office and warehouse areas.
• Coordinating repairs and service calls for building issues (heating & cooling, dusting, vacuuming, shop & office floor maintenance/cleaning), cleaning services, and renovations as needed with Infra Team.
• Perform daily inspections on building and equipment.
