We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Medical Director of Outpatient Psychiatry to lead our psychiatric department and drive excellence in patient care. This key leadership position offers the opportunity to shape the future of mental health services within our organization and make a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients. Responsibilities : Provide clinical leadership and oversight to the psychiatric department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance psychiatric services and improve patient outcomes. Recruit, train, and supervise psychiatric staff to maintain a skilled and cohesive team. Collaborate with other medical departments and external stakeholders to integrate psychiatric services into overall patient care. Develop and enforce policies and procedures related to psychiatric care, patient safety, and confidentiality. Encourage and support research initiatives and the adoption of innovative practices in psychiatry. Engage with the community to raise awareness of mental health issues and promote access to psychiatric services. Qualifications : Medical degree from an accredited institution. Board certification in psychiatry. Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in psychiatry. Proven leadership experience in a healthcare setting. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Commitment to delivering compassionate and patient-centered care.
