Job DescriptionSeeking a Nurse Practitioner to s hare our mission serving veterans, performing medical evaluations of conditions or injuries veterans incurred while in service, as well as conducting reservists' annual readiness physicals. In this position you will assess a wider range of conditions than seen in a typical practice.
The position requires learning and applying broad clinical knowledge and assessment skills. Note that this position does not determine plans of care nor prescribe treatment or medications. Work days are Monday through Friday. Part and full time applicants will be considered. New graduates are welcome to apply. Training is provided.
Position RequirementsPassion for serving military population
Proficient with assessment and physical examination
Dependable
Flexible
Positive attitude and desire to learn
Good typing and proficient computer skills
Vigilance in monitoring and responding to emails
Ability to compassionately listen, evaluate, and explain medical conditions
Team player personality
Ability to maintain composure and remain calm in challenging situations
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $125,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
