Performs a variety of routine accounting and clerical tasks for the Finance Department
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Tracks vendor credits.
- Receives and logs department deposits.
- Receives and logs checks submitted by the Executive Administrative area.
- Assists with administrative accounting duties.
- Prepares deposits for all cash receipts.
- Performs Accounts Payable Clerk and Payroll Clerk duties when needed.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
