Human Resources Manager to our Mission Bay Family.
The JOB: The
Human Resources Manager must be a highly motivated individual who is eager and ready to assist all departments within the resort. This position will partner with all areas of the resort and will work alongside the Human Resources team to help team members achieve their best. The ideal candidate has a friendly demeanor, the ability to learn new computer programs, can multitask and complete projects in a timely manner. This person should demonstrate exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills.
This position will focus on Talent Acquisition, Onboarding and Retention but will also assist with other areas of Human Resources.

Requirements
For the
Human Resources Manager role, we are seeking the following requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish speaking skills preferred
- 1-3 years HR experience, preferably in hotels/resorts
- Solid understanding of employment law, including CA regulations
- Proficient knowledge of computer applications
- Full availability
Salary Description
$70,096 - $75,000
