RESPONSIBILITIES

Under the direction of the Associate Director of Business Services, will perform functions related to the internal monitoring of fiscal activities as well as the external monitoring of vendors.

QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Accounting from a regionally accredited university is strongly preferred.

EXPERIENCE

Three (3) years increasingly responsible fiscal experience, one (1) year audit or financial analytical experience preferred (courses in auditing may be substituted for audit experience).

OTHER

Ability to design and prepare audit work documents and schedules; review and analyze fiscal data to determine the appropriate audit section conclusions; and report the final audit conclusion in a clear, and concise manner. Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP); Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS); not-for-profit business practices and procedures; e-billing methods and procedures. Excel proficient.

STARTING SALARY

$25.04 to $27.54 an hour
