**Job Summary:**

**Responsibilities:**

- Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes

- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and offering recommendations

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area to ensure a welcoming atmosphere

- Verify customers' age and ensure compliance with legal drinking regulations

- Process cash transactions accurately and operate the cash register efficiently

- Utilize upselling techniques to suggest additional products when appropriate

- Monitor inventory levels, restock bar supplies, and place orders as necessary

**Skills:**

- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on creating memorable experiences

- Solid math skills for handling payments, calculating tabs, and providing change

- Experience in fine dining or hospitality industry is advantageous

- Knowledge of food handling safety protocols

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced restaurant environment

- Team player attitude with excellent communication skills
