Position Summary
Reporting HR Manager, this position is responsible for advising and assisting management and employees on employee issues and concerns through communication, interpreting, and recommending appropriate use of human resources policies and procedures, services and programs offered by the facility; manages assigned programs, assist with the employee relations issues; advises managers and supervisors on regulations, policies and effective HR practice; performs special projects as assigned.
Position Qualifications:
Minimum Education:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources or related field
Minimum Experience/Skills:
Minimum of three (3) years recent experience in Human Resources required;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office, HRIS systems, ORACLE supported applications.
Licenses/Certificates/Credentials:
Preferred: SHRM-CP or PHR, or equivalent HR certification
Pay range: $38.94 - $60.36 hourly
