Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our services and drive client engagement.
- Manage and grow the membership program, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Create and execute referral programs to attract new clients through word-of-mouth marketing.
- Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for optimization.
- Collaborate with the team to create compelling content for social media, email marketing, and other digital channels.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to ensure our marketing efforts remain competitive and innovative.
- Coordinate and attend events, both virtual and in-person, to promote our brand and services.
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the beauty or wellness industry.
- Proficiency in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google.
- Strong understanding of membership and referral program management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with a strong eye for design and detail.
