Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Assist in coordinating patient scheduling, payments and treatments.
🔹 Provide top-notch patient care, ensuring comfort and satisfaction throughout their visit
🔹 Educate patients on treatment options, skincare products, and aftercare instructions
🔹 Actively promote and sell medical-grade skincare products and other retail offerings
🔹 Maintain inventory levels and assist with restocking supplies as needed
🔹 Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and uphold high standards of safety and hygiene
🔹 Phlebotomy skills to ensure smooth blood draw procedures for various aesthetic treatments
Requirements:
🔹 Certified Medical Assistant with experience working in a medspa or aesthetic clinic setting
🔹 Proficiency in phlebotomy techniques and experience drawing blood for cosmetic procedures
🔹 Strong sales skills and a proven track record of selling skincare products or similar retail items
🔹 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients
🔹 Detail-oriented and highly organized, with a passion for delivering exceptional patient care
🔹 Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively with a diverse team
🔹 Commitment to upholding ethical standards and maintaining patient confidentiality
