The Campus Operations Associate will assist in coordinating operations at our Hunter Park campus. Being a part of the Campus Operations team, you will offer assistance and support to both staff and attendees. We like to say they are the glue that holds the campus together.
SOME KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and Grow the Midweek Volunteer team.
  
  • Train volunteers to use and maintain our church's administrative systems and processes.
  • Equip and empower midweek volunteers to help people take the next steps in their faith.
• Contribute to the growth of Saturday night services by helping execute the Saturday night campus strategy.
• Support the success of seasonal Campus Events throughout the year.
  
  • Be ready to coordinate the logistics of the events and recruit a team of volunteers.
  • Oversee the budgets and allocate resources for each event.
• Support the Campus Operations Supervisor
  
  • Managing logistics between campus departments to ensure smooth coordination and operational efficiency.
  • Help facilitate staff and team meetings to run smoothly and effectively.

COMPENSATION INFORMATION:

• Pay Range: $17-$22 per hour.
