Role Description

As a Community Manager at Sandalwood Management, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a multifamily residential community. This is a full-time on-site role located in Austin, Texas. Your responsibilities will include leasing, rent collection, maintenance coordination, resident relations, and ensuring the community's adherence to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in property management or customer service
• Knowledge of leasing processes and rent collection procedures
• Ability to handle resident relations and resolve conflicts effectively
• Organizational and multitasking abilities
• Familiarity with property management software (e.g., Yardi, Appfolio) is a plus
• Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations
• Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus
