As an Adaptive Transportation Network Company, the UZURV mobility platform serves individuals with disabilities, the elderly, and others who need assistance with independent transportation.

UZURV’s platform combines rideshare with specialty credentialed, drug and alcohol-tested drivers to provide safe, reliable mobility and a higher level of care for the transportation disadvantaged. A little bit about the role… 

We are currently searching for a Senior Marketing Automation Specialist for the daily monitoring and analysis of existing email and SMS automated communications. This role will be critical in establishing insights and metrics to identify and facilitate ways to improve current marketing objectives through these communications, and the design and implementation of new communications. As such, the ideal candidate is a highly analytical, self-starting, strategic thought leader. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Marketing Automation, the Senior Marketing Automation Specialist will be responsible for:

• Managing the day-to-day operations of our marketing automation platform (we use HubSpot, among other tools).
• Supporting the marketing team’s campaigns end-to-end, including the creation of email campaigns, uploading audience lists, and monitoring lead generation.
• Building strong partnerships and a collaborative environment with the Driver Success and Client Services teams to identify strategic opportunities to improve marketing operations and rider/driver experiences.
• Creating process improvements to help the team scale for the future.
• Utilizing various sources of information, working cross-functionally to identify marketing opportunities, and providing recommendations for changes to processes based on trends and data analysis.
• Analyzing data from multiple sources to identify key behavior drivers and enhance marketing flows.
• Leading and managing initiatives and assisting with presenting marketing insights to the leadership team.

• You have 5 years of experience working in Marketing, with a strong marketing operations background. 
• You are highly organized and detail-oriented; nothing falls through the cracks with you in charge.
• You are proficient in email marketing best practices and working with marketing automation platforms. (Bonus points for HubSpot)!
• You are proficient in several data analytics platforms, including Tableau, Google Analytics, and Mobile App Analytics. 
• You have the ability to understand complex data, analyze it, and share the results to the team to improve campaigns and programs.
• You possess strong project management skills and a demonstrated ability to work successfully on cross-functional teams.
• You are a great team player and come to work with a constructive mindset and positive attitude.
• You have high integrity and exceptional commitment to delivering results and have high empathy for serving underserved communities.
