Sanders Ford is adding to the BDC Sales team. 2024 has been GREAT and the momentum just keeps building! We have spanish speaking clients that need your help! Unit sales are up in both new and used, customer traffic has increased and our Business Development Center (BDC) staff is setting a record pace!

BDC/Internet Sales Coordinators will be responsible for handling all incoming phone calls and internet leads, as well as confirming sales appointments and performing long term follow-up on all unsold customers (e.g., internet leads, showroom visits, and incoming calls).

Responsibilities:

• 100% Focus on customer satisfaction!
• Communicate effectively with internet customers and prospects according to their preferred method of communication (phone, email or in person)
• Manage Internet sales leads, respond to inquiries in a timely fashion, and answer questions on available stock and product performance
• Maintain an ongoing customer database to capture repeat business
• Schedule appointments with interested buyers for test drives and delivery of vehicles
• Disclosing terms of sales with consumers and reviewing sales with dealership management
• Calling and reaching out to 80 - 100 Clients a day!

• Flex Shift must be available M-F between hours of 8:30am to 5:30pm, 9:00am - 6:00pm and 10:00am - 7:00 pm, rotating Saturdays 9am - 4pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
