A customer kept is just as important as a customer found. Retention is key to the success of the agency.
Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming call. Uncovering possible opportunities in the household. Being a support mechanism for the full-time sales force. Calling payment failures. Work with Underwriting and Billing to work through customer policy questions and concerns.
- Must be a problem solver. Have an overwhelming, sincere ability to help customers. Would like to be Licensed for Property and Casualty, however not a requirement. Would recommend bilingual, (Spanish), but not necessary.
