Position: Lead Therapist

Location: Broomfield, CO

Reports To: Clinical Program Director 

Lead Therapist Responsibilities:

• Work with Clinical Program Director to train, manage, and support all clinical staff onsite
• Remain flexible to support where needed on the team - Candidates must be proficient and knowledgeable on all tracks of care on site
• Provide supervisions to junior clinicians (interns) as well as other clinical employees as needed
• Other tasks as assigned by Clinical Program Director
