Work Environment: Medical Detox| Residential Treatment Center

Schedule: Monday-Friday | Rotating Weekends

To be eligible for this position, you must be a licensed clinician with one of the following credentials: LPC or Resident in Counseling, Licensed clinical social worker or LMSW, or LMFT or Resident in Marriage and Family Therapy. You must have a Virginia license or be able to transfer your license to Virginia before your start date.

• Provide evidence-based clinical services to clients dealing with substance use disorder in outpatient and inpatient.
• Support crisis managemen t and de-escalation when needed.
• Engage in case management and support broader clinical teams with small caseloads and assessments.
• Receive ongoing training and supervision from experienced behavioral health therapists.

• You are a licensed clinician with one of the following credentials: LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or their respective residents.
• 1 Year of experience in substance abuse treatment, preferably with outpatient treatment or an inpatient
• All direct care staff must be CPR certified prior to beginning employment
• You are skilled in crisis intervention and verbal de-escalation techniques.
• You are a collaborative team player committed to healthcare.
• You have a Master's Degree in a relevant field.

• Annual Salary Range: $78,000-$93,500 (Dependent on Licensure and Experience)
