We are currently seeking a PRN (as-needed) Clinical Therapist to join our dynamic team at our behavioral hospital. As a Clinical Therapist, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality therapeutic interventions to our patients.
Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patients' mental health needs
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and clinical diagnosis
• Facilitate group therapy sessions focusing on topics such as coping skills, emotional regulation, and interpersonal relationships
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and motivational interviewing
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care and ensure treatment goals are met
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment interventions
• Participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings and case conferences

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field OR
• therapist-intern (CSW-I, MFT-I, CPC-I)
• Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Clinical Mental Health Counselor (CMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Psychologist
• Minimum of 2 years of experience providing therapy in a behavioral health setting
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
• Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and interventions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team

Schedule: PRN (as-needed) schedule, including weekends and holidays as required
