- Maintain high safety standards and follow all safety policies.
- Provide outstanding customer care to all customers.
- Offer accurate auto parts solutions at the counter and over the phone.
- Assist team members with parts knowledge.
- Bring high energy to our fast-paced stores.
- Welcome customers and ensure a positive experience.
- Use technology, cash registers, telephones, and catalog systems effectively.
- Promote workplace safety through safety huddles and adherence to the Safety Handbook.
- Process credit card transactions.
- Maintain customer pricing knowledge.
- Ensure the "right part" is delivered the first time.
- Manage timely delivery routes and special/back-order systems.
- Opening and closing the store.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
- Minimum age 18 years of age with High School Diploma or GED required, Technical or Trade School courses or degree preferred.
- MUST HAVE Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.
- Previous parts store or automotive industry experience preferred; willingness to learn required.
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs., handle cash transactions, and process returns.
- Clear speaking and attentive listening skills.
