Overview:
We are currently seeking two experienced Program Management Specialists to join our team as Project Leads. The successful candidates will play a crucial role in the planning, execution, and oversight of projects within our organization. Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage cross-functional project teams to successfully deliver projects on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards

- Develop and maintain project plans, including scope, schedule, resources, and budget

- Coordinate with stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables

- Utilize project management methodologies such as Waterfall or Agile to drive project execution

- Monitor and track project progress, identifying and resolving any issues or risks that may arise

- Communicate project status updates to stakeholders and senior management

- Conduct regular team meetings to ensure alignment and collaboration

- Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment

- Collaborate with vendors and external partners for product development or implementation

- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience

- Proven experience as a Project Lead or similar role

- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization

- Experience in vendor management and product management is preferred

- Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma principles is a plus

- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams

Pay: $92,778.00 - $102,594.00 per year
