JOB DESCRIPTION

ESPONSIBILITIES:

• Hand soldering of electronic components on circuit boards for initial build, touch up, and/or repair
• Set up Wave Solder Machine per profile
• Monitor product for quality issues
• Repair/Rework defects after wave
• Build pallets
• Run pallets/fixtures for the line, remove masking and fixtures
• Will work in all areas of Production
• Monitor product for quality issues

These are the primary responsibilities of the position – however, the qualified applicant may be asked to perform other duties as instructed by the supervisor for production necessity.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Able to work independently
• Able to problem solve
• Good communication skills 
• Solder certified
• Good attendance
• Position includes walking, bending, standing, some sitting and some lifting
