Your mission is to leverage cutting-edge technologies, managing marketing budget with a prioritization on products where we must maintain share, and leading a team of innovators willing to take thoughtful risk expanding Sanofi’s leadership in AI driven marketing initiatives. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and expand Sanofi’s ability to test new technologies will be critical.
Your role will be instrumental in shaping the future of pharmaceutical marketing at Sanofi.

Main responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a forward-thinking digital marketing strategy that aligns with business goals.
  • Champion new ways of working and experiment with emerging digital technology/AI, tools (LLM’s, DALL-e, etc), partnering with MLR to expand Sanofi’s capabilities. Leverage insights, market research and analytics to drive impactful investment decisions, and a climate of continuous measurement and performance improvement.
  • Strategically allocate marketing resources and OPEX to high-potential assets.
  • Identify products where growth in market share is feasible and prioritize accordingly.
  • Maintain a strong share of voice in the market through strategic content distribution.
  • Establish trusted partnership with cross-functional partners and stakeholders
  • Establish strong vendor relationships to reach patients and HCPs in digital pure-play model. Manage key partners (Amazon, GoodRx, etc) to optimize reach and impact.
  • Leverage digital and AI-based solutions (such as GenAI, CHC model, and e-commerce platforms) to drive engagement and sales.
  • Partner with internal functions (e.g., Advanced Analytics, omnichannel media and channel leads, AI, Omnichannel Enablement) to ensure campaigns are grounded in customer insights, ROI/performance, behavioral objectives, and competitive activities.
  • Shift the focus from traditional forecasts to measuring the return on investment (ROI) for marketing campaigns. Implement robust tracking mechanisms to assess campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Establish trusted partnership with cross-functional partners and stakeholders
  • Establish strong vendor relationships to reach patients and HCPs in digital pure-play model. Manage key partners (Amazon, GoodRx, etc) to optimize reach and impact.
  • Leverage digital and AI-based solutions (such as GenAI, CHC model, and e-commerce platforms) to drive engagement and sales.
About You
  • Experience:
    • Proven experience in omnichannel marketing within the pharmaceutical industry.
    • Strong project management skills and the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
    • Familiarity with emerging digital and omnichannel capabilities.

The salary range for this position is $201,000.00 - 268,000.00. All compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience.
