The Lead of Market Access Operations at Sanofi Specialty Care plays an important role in supporting the Head of Market Access. This position is responsible for overseeing and implementing Market Access priorities to ensure seamless operations and effective collaboration with stakeholders. The primary focus is on providing strategic and operational support in alignment with the overall business objectives of Market Access.

Main responsibilities:
  • Lead the planning and budgeting process for the Market Access team, ensuring alignment with strategic plans.
  • Analyze, track, communicate and present productivity progress via quantitative key performance indicators to accelerate revenue and profit growth.
  • Assist in analysis and decision support of overall Market Access team budget attainment.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze team performance, identify growth opportunities, and drive strategies for improvement. Assist in defining and prioritizing business objectives to achieve Market Access team goals.
  • Provide operational and project management support to the Head of Market Access, Sanofi Specialty Care
  • Prepare presentations and documents requested by the Head for internal and external meetings and events.
  • Manage weekly leadership team meetings in conjunction with Head, Market Access, Sanofi Specialty Care
About you:
  • Bachelor’s degree required. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in commercial operations, market access, or related fields
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional groups
  • Strong presentation and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently in dynamic environments
