About The JobAs the Senior Manager of Digital Patient Marketing, your role will be pivotal in shaping Sanofi’s digital marketing strategies across a diverse portfolio of pharmaceutical products. You’ll focus on novel methods of content creating partnering with Global, GTMC, and will be a key player in innovation within GenMeds. You will be understanding consumers, expanding patient reach, and solving access challenges with a strong “Customer First” ethos. The demand for effective digital patient marketing continues to grow as companies seek innovative ways to engage with patients. Your role will directly impact patient outcomes and contribute to Sanofi’s success.

Main responsibilities:
  • Adopt digital transformation and Agile methodologies to accelerate and scale new operating models.
  • Successfully evolve ways of working while delivering results and avoiding disruptions.
  • Champion transversal ways of working using standardized frameworks.
  • Develop and execute a consumer-centric digital marketing strategy across all products.
  • Explore emerging technologies, AI-driven solutions, and telehealth platforms.
  • Develop adapted content in a global manner, respecting regulatory frameworks.
  • Understand patient behaviors, preferences, and needs to tailor marketing efforts effectively.
  • Leverage data analytics and insights to drive personalized patient engagement.
  • Broaden patient access by leveraging digital channels and optimize online presence, search engine visibility, and social media engagement.
  • Address access challenges related to affordability, insurance coverage, and geographical constraints.
  • Develop targeted campaigns to educate patients about available resources and assistance programs.
  • Apply DTC strategies to Insulins, Oncology, Multaq, Synvisc, Lovenox, Aubagio, Mozobil, and Winthrop authorized generics
About You
  • Experience:
    • Proven experience in digital marketing within the pharmaceutical industry.
    • Strong understanding of patient journeys, digital channels, and patient-centric approaches.
    • Excellent communication, collaboration, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Soft and technical skills:

  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, life sciences and/or related field (MBA preferred)

The salary range for this position is $140,625.00 - 187,500.00. All compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience.
