Administrative Assistant
Sans Souci Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team.
Administrative Assistant Essential Job functions:
- Assisting with day to day tasks
- Attentions to detail required for thorough follow up and timely calls and tracking of details
- Dependability to report and follow through with job requirements
- Ability to utilize computer skills daily and create spreadsheets
- Good communication skills for calls and office assistance
- Able to follow through with job duties without prompting
- Able to use computer software for all medical charting
- Includes but not limited to the above as per clerk duties delegated by staff in this department
