Job Description: Technical Lead / Solution Architect (AI & Client)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead / Solution Architect specializing in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (Client) to join our dynamic team within the insurance sector. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of AI and Client technologies, a proven track record of leading technical teams, and the ability to design and implement innovative solutions that enhance business operations and customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership and Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of AI and Client engineers and data scientists. Provide technical guidance, foster innovation, and ensure high performance.
• Solution Architecture: Design and architect AI/Client solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of the insurance industry. Ensure solutions are scalable, robust, and secure.
• Project Management: Oversee AI/Client projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Coordinate with stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives.
• Technology Strategy: Develop and implement the AI/Client technology roadmap in alignment with the company s strategic goals. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements to drive innovation.
• Data Management: Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure the availability, integrity, and security of data used for AI/Client projects. Define data requirements and oversee the development of data pipelines.
• Model Development and Deployment: Lead the development, testing, and deployment of AI/Client models. Ensure models are accurate, efficient, and meet business objectives.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies related to AI/Client solutions. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
• Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, business analysts, and IT professionals, to ensure the successful integration of AI/Client solutions. Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field. A Ph.D. is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in AI and Client, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or solution architect role. Experience in the insurance industry is highly desirable.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in AI/Client frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn). Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or Java. Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and data engineering tools.
• Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex business problems and translate them into technical solutions.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and inspire technical teams. Strong project management skills and experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the insurance industry, including knowledge of underwriting, claims processing, risk assessment, and customer service.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision technologies.
• Knowledge of big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
• Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Certifications in AI/Client or cloud technologies.
