What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounts Payable Manager position at Santa Cruz Toyota?
The primary responsibility of this role will be to manage all aspects of the Accounts Payable desk, with an emphasis on efficiency and promptness. This position requires a self starter with good organizational skills and the ability to work quickly and efficiently in a very busy environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable experience
- Excellent attention to detail and data entry abilities
- Strong communication and follow through skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Responsibilities:
- Post invoices in our dealership software
- Weekly check runs
- Process and post checks
- GL coding
- Prepare accounts for payments and verify data in system
- Collect and process W-9’s
- Scan and file invoices and other documents
- Prepare and mail 1099’s to vendors
- Other administrative duties as assigned
- General Business Office support
