We are seeking an organized andprofessional scheduler to join our healthcare team. The Scheduler will beresponsible for scheduling all nursing staff , and setting up all shifts,keeping up with all staff hours.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION:
- Answers phones and emails, schedules and confirms all shifts
- Work closely with agencies when needed
- Completes requests by greeting customers, in person or on the telephone, and answering or referring inquiries
- Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential
- Secures information by completing database backups
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Previous scheduling experience preferred
- Pleasant courteous manner required
