You DO NOT necessarily need to have car sales experience but must have some type of Sales and Customer Service experience of at least 1 year. You must be able to follow directions and adhere to specific processes as set forth by the dealership and dealership management.

Responsibilities
- Build relationships and create customers for life. Assist them in selecting a vehicle that best fits their needs
- Be the vehicle expert. Know the features and benefits of our products, optional packages & latest technology
- Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
- Follow-up with buyers to ensure referral business.
- Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations
- Follow-up with unsold customers via phone, text, and email.
- Directly report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
- Bring your ‘A game’ and positive attitude with you every day
Qualifications
- Available to work flexible hours and Saturdays
- Ready to hit the ground running on learning the product
- Fantastic communication skills with your customers
- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
- Clean driving record
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
