Customer Service Rep Veterinary Clinic
BE A PART OF A TEAM THAT CARES FOR PETS & EACH OTHER! Santa Fe Pet clinic is looking for a Customer Service Representative for the front desk.

The CSR is the pivot around which the hospital operates and is responsible for : Customer service functions, including : greeting visitors, answering telephones, and guiding clients and their pets to exam rooms.
Scheduling and confirming appointments. Placing outbound calls for follow-ups and reaching out to prospective clients. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, able to multitask, works well with others and has the ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast paced environment.
Interested applicants must be dependable, able to follow verbal instructions, work unsupervised, excellent communication skills, good time management, and an experienced Cornerstone Practice Management User.
Must have experience working w / Cornerstone & Veterinary Field

After initial training the hours will be Friday 7 : 30 to 5 : 30 & Saturday 7 : 30 to 12 : 30
Coverage occasionally for others shifts as needed. Temporary position will last for 6 months.
