*Up To $55 per clocked hour
We offer an extremely aggressive pay plan with production bonus starting at 75% and up
Requirements:
- Ability to produce strong hours in a given pay period.
- Effectively and accurately perform quality repair work in accordance with Dealership and factory standards.
- Complete system diagnostics and full automotive troubleshooting and testing.
- Communicate directly with service advisors regarding the status of the service work as well as the estimated time for completion so that customers can be informed.
- Completes all factory required training.
- Ensures that required documentation is complete and is in compliance with regulations and standards.
- Follows all shop policy, procedure, safety, and environmental rules.
- Great professional attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to follow directions and processes
