SANTEE COOPER is Hiring an Engineering Associate Near Moncks Corner, SC
- Open Oracle Projects (Capital Maintenance, Billable, Reimbursable, O&M) for Transmission Operations. - Route appropriate Oracle projects to next status (In-Service, Reconcile) when needed.
- Work with Asset Accounting to resolve discrepancies when reconciling projects.
- Track/Monitor projects costs, and with Asset Accounting to transfer costs when appropriate.
- Update Transmission Operations with yearly BID's.
- Act Transmission System Administrator for WMIS System
Create/Update CU's
Add/Delete fleets and personnel
Assist CMP's with WMIS work request issues
- Represent Transmission Operations during application upgrades.
- Run/Compile reports for NERC audit.
- Reconcile any discrepancies associated with line crew monthly maintenance reports.
- Run monthly "Maintenance Cost/Pole" report needed for Yearly Goals.
- Create additional Access Reports to capture information related to work requests.
- Schedule, create agenda and facilitate quarterly CMP meetings.
- Train CMP's in Oracle and WMIS.
- Communicate changes in Oracle, WMIS, or procedures to all CMP's to ensure consistent administration across all transmission areas.
- Work with Asset Accounting to maintain accurate inventory of transmission assets to include reconciling TSO's, and field verifying pole cards.
- Administer contract, and act as liaison between Santee Cooper and helicopter contractor.
- Schedule line patrols and emergency flights for Transmission Operations.
- Monitor/Track costs of aerial patrols for Transmission Operations and other Santee Cooper Units.
- Assist unit supervisor with budget preparation.
- Run reports for variance analysis.
- Monitor folder structure to maintain consistency.
- Work with Records Center to create Kofax shortcuts on Multi-function Printers (MFP).
- Create project folders for all new Transmission Operations projects created in the Oracle System.
- Create project folders for projects created in Design Engineering and stored in Lines Assets.
- Act as point of contact within Transmission Operations for issues involving iReports (Maintenance, Encroachment, Property Owner Notification).
$72,550-$90,680 (min.-mid)
