Sany America is Hiring a CRM-Salesforce Specialist Near Peachtree, GA

The ROLE:

The Specialist will be mainly responsible for: 

1.CRM projects, leading RTR(Requirement To Release), and managing the processes of the whole life cycle. 

2.CRM daily maintenance, leading ITR(Issue To Resolution) and closing routine tasks. 

 3.Other related Jobs, training the users, systems/data integration support and etc.

KEY RESPONSIBILIES:

Proactively identify opportunities to continuously optimize and improve existing CRM to support business needs and achieve business goals, here are the key responsibilities:

 1.Work closely with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements, translate them into scalable and high-quality solutions and technical requirements, and ensure best practices are followed and security standards are maintained. 

2.Lead the design, development, and implementation through projects, including customizations, configurations, and integrations, and deliver the results on every milestone. 

3.Serve as the technical subject matter expert, provide support to development team members with technical guidance, code reviews, and training as needed. 

4.Manage CRM releases and deployments, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery of new features and enhancements. 

To ensure CRM, including software and hardware, is reliable, secure, and efficient to support the overall goals and operations of the organization, here are the primary responsibilities associated with system maintenance: 

1.Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution,provide technical support to end-users, diagnose and resolve system issues, and provide guidance on best practices. 

2.Change Management, assess the impact of proposed changes on system performance and stability before implementation,and implement a change management process to control and document changes to the system environment. 

3.System Updates and Upgrades, keep system software and applications up to date with the latest versions, patches, new features, and best practices. 

4.Permission and Security Management, manage user access and permissions to ensure only authorized personnel have access to critical systems, and ensure systems comply with regulations and standards. 

5.Backup and Recovery, implement regular data backup procedures to ensure data can be restored in case of loss or corruption, and develop and maintain disaster recovery plans to restore systems and data after major incidents. 6.Documentation and Reporting, maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, procedures, and changes, and generate regular reports on system performance, security incidents, and maintenance activities for management review.

 PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:

The ideal candidate:

1.Strong understanding of CRM, Salesforce plus, for example architecture, data model, security model, and best practices. 

2.CRM certifications, Salesforce plus, such as Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, and Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, are required/plus. 

3.Experience leading CRM implementation projects from inception to completion, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, and deployment. 4.Minimum of 5 years of experience working with CRM, 3 years of experience in Salesforce, including hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning Platform, Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs. 

5.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. 

6.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly understand complex business processes and requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions. 

7.Proven leadership skills, with the ability to lead and mentor a team of developers and drive results in a fast-paced environment.

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor's degree or above, in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
