Key Responsibilities:
You will oversee and supervise the care of clients with complex needs, ensure that care plans are effectively developed and followed, and provide essential support and training to your team. Your role will involve direct communication with clients and care coordinators to enhance the quality of care continually. You will also supervise caregivers if they are in the home when you visit.
What We Need from You:
We are looking for an LPN with a current Georgia license, BLS certification, and a passion for home health care. You should have at least two years of experience, preferably with older populations, and be well-versed in home care regulations. A reliable vehicle, current auto insurance, COVID-19 vaccine or screening, and Professional Liability Insurance are also required.
