The Associate Consultant is responsible for assisting our clients with the design and implementation of their Ariba solutions. As consultants, they will help lead the client in the analysis, design, configuration, testing and deployment of their software solution and associated business processes.

In this role, you’ll:

The Associate Consultant is responsible for assisting our clients with the design and implementation of their Ariba solutions. As consultants, they will help lead the client in the analysis, design, configuration, testing and deployment of their software solution and associated business processes. The Associate Consultant is charged with customer focused delivery and Ariba solution expertise. The Associate Consultant is responsible for delivering sound, quality tasks and deliverables on time and within budget. The Associate Consultant is familiar with the appropriate application of the Ariba Enterprise Spend Management suite in tandem with Ariba’s various service offerings

 Implementation responsibilities include assisting fellow team members and customers throughout the various phases of Ariba’s Implementation Methodology using the Ariba Consulting deployment process. Associate Consultants will assist with all aspects of an Ariba implementation including (but not limited to): solution design, business rule development, user interface configuration, external system integration, master data set-up, client change management, and technical/end-user training.

 Act as a liaison between the customer and various groups within Ariba such as Technical Support, and Shared Services.

 Ability to apply knowledge of SAP Ariba solution functionality to support deployments.

We are seeking a graduating Senior in these Disciplines:

  • Procurement or Supply Chain
  • Business
  • Computer Science or Management Information Systems

You possess:

  • Strong analytical capabilities (or potential for)
  • Flexibility to work in fluid environments
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills including:
    • Fluency in English
    • Ability to deliver presentations and lead discussions remotely in a virtual environment
  • Strong Organizational skills
  • ERP Knowledge is a plus
