This team is responsible for developing frameworks that govern our infrastructure cloud services in support of SAP Lines of Business. We coordinate across several teams in the Global Cloud Services (GCS) organization to develop processes as guardrails to deliver consistent quality in our world-class services. We are responsible for delivering business outcomes through the processes and systems we develop. As a team, we are accountable to drive awareness and adoption, monitor efficacy, and continual improving the frameworks we develop.

Key Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Responsible for the development of simple solutions for business processes in a development team
• The focus is on the description of business processes of service governance, and the creation of collateral to drive adoption and adherence to the resulting governing frameworks
• Resolves complex issues in own area of expertise, and supports colleagues in resolving issues
• Shows initiative and drives topics to resolution with a high level of quality, speed, reliability and efficiency
• Works closely together with colleagues, consultants (also external), and partners, and shares expertise to ensure team and company success
• Constantly improves own work methods
• Acquires skills and knowledge regarding business processes and functions
• Actively contributes to improvements in content development processes and tool
