Sapear Inc is Hiring a Piping Engineer Near Houston, TX
- 12 years' experience in Piping and Piping Stress preferred in design of oil & gas, and petrochemical plants (refineries / chemical plants / or LNG facilities)
- Position location: Houston, TX (preferred)
- Registered Professional Engineer in Louisiana and Texas
- Complete NCEES record is an added advantage.
- Experience leading various projects guided by international codes such as ASME, API, ASTM, PIP and others.
- Experience in working on Brownfield, Turnaround and MOC Projects for different project stages Pre-FEED, FEED and Detailed Engineering.
- Conduct site visits for site survey, scope review, guide laser scan vendor and field data validation.
- Collaborate with clients, Vendors, Sub-contractors, India Team on project updates, progress, challenges, and constraints.
- Facilitate team discussion on Engineering package reviews, issues resolution and 3D Model reviews.
- Conduct technical due-diligence reviews of design deliverables, implementing best practices for design and construction requirements, developing innovative and optimized solutions, identifying and mitigating key design risks, and ensuring compliance with contract and industry standards.
- Perform accurate, thorough, and timely technical reviews and engineering analysis.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing client personnel, with appropriate client levels of management and engineering subcontractors.
- Support Site Construction contractor for any field RFIs during construction.
