About The Role
  • We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of HR experience and possess a growth mindset, enthusiasm for HR functions, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
  • The HR Generalist will manage various HR tasks and support strategic HR initiatives. This role requires excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and strong knowledge of HR practices.
HR AdministrationWhat you'll do includes but not limited to
  • Employment Records & Documentation: Maintain accurate records and document employment changes.
  • Training & Background Checks: Administer mandatory training and background checks using Rippling automation.
  • Employee Inquiries & IT Needs: Respond to employee inquiries and coordinate IT needs.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Conduct compensation surveys and administer insurance and retirement plans.
  • Onboarding & Orientation: Oversee onboarding processes and update orientation materials.
  • Job Postings & Interviews: Coordinate job postings, schedule interviews, and develop job descriptions with hiring managers.
Office Management
  • Manage office assets, supplies, and maintenance.
Strategic Support To Senior HR Manager
  • HR Strategy: Assist in the development of long-term HR and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Workforce Planning: Support workforce planning and job architecture initiatives.
  • Payroll & Benefits Strategy: Contribute to payroll and benefits strategy development.
  • Culture Programs: Implement and support culture program initiatives.
  • Compliance & Reporting: Prepare government reports to ensure compliance and manage visa statuses.
  • Workplace Investigations: Participate in workplace investigations and communicate with legal counsel as needed.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of HR experience.
  • Strong enthusiasm and passion for HR functions.
  • Growth mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and HRIS systems.
  • Ability to handle and keep confidential information secure with a strong sense of integrity.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities efficiently.
  • Collaborative team player.
