Role: Academic Director and Educational Diagnostician

Location: Las Vegas, NV (Local)

Job Type: Full-Time (35 hours per week)

Compensation : $20 - $40 per hour

Operational Hours: Monday through Friday 3pm - 8pm (the rest of the hours can be negotiated/strategized during interview process.

Role Overview: The Educational Diagnostician will play a critical role in driving our mission by assessing students' learning abilities and devising personalized educational plans. This individual will perform assessments and provide recommendations for new and existing parents, working closely with educators and parents to ensure the best outcomes for our students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' learning abilities.
• Develop and implement individualized educational plans.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and students to monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Provide detailed session recaps and progress reports.
• Align tutoring strategies with school teachers' plans and requirements.
• Overall academic assessment and refinement at a Sapience locations or locations.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Education, Psychology, or related field.
• Experience in student assessments and developing educational plans.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
