Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Analyst located in Nashville, TN. The Junior Marketing Analyst will be responsible for performing marketing analytics, communicating findings to the team, and assisting with sales activities.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
• Analyze marketing data and metrics to assess campaign performance.
• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations on findings and recommendations.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize content and campaigns based on data insights.
• Monitor and report on marketing KPIs and ROI.
• Support the team with day-to-day administrative tasks and project coordination.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and marketing best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Analytics).
• Familiarity with marketing software and digital marketing platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Previous experience or internship in marketing analysis is a plus.
