Job Description:

The Front End Manager will be responsible for overseeing all front-end operations, ensuring efficient and friendly service for our customers. This role requires a proactive leader with a strong background in retail management, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for creating a welcoming shopping environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage front-end staff, including cashiers and customer service representatives.
• Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy in transactions.
• Schedule and coordinate staff to maintain adequate coverage during peak hours.
• Train and mentor front-end staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front-end area.
• Implement and enforce store policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless store operations.
• Handle customer feedback and escalate issues as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred).
• Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably in a grocery or food market setting.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations.
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
• Knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine and products is a plus.
